本文针对化工企业管控体系的生产管理,提出基于GE Proficy MES产品的解决方案框架,并在我公司得到很好的应用,系统帮助公司构建了实时数据采集、生产监控、计控指标管理等功能。现场运行表明,该系统能够很好地管理化工生产过程,为提高化工企业的控制水平、质量指标提供有力的帮助。

In this paper, chemical industry control of production management system, based on GE Proficy MES product solutons framework, and ago-chemical Group Co., Ltd. Yang Nong has been a very good application of the system to help young farmers to build chemical real-time data acquisition, production monitoring, including Indicators of control and management functions. On-site operation shows that the system be able to manage a very good chemical production process so as to ~alse the level of chemical control, to provide a strong indicator of the quality of help.
