民办高校学生职业道德教育的现状、问题与对策

Situation,Problem and Countermeasure of Professional Ethics Education for Students in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

近年来,民办高校学生与公办高校学生的就业竞争日趋激烈,使民办高校普遍重视以职业道德为核心的就业竞争力的培养,职业道德教育备受重视。文章基于抽样调查,分析民办高校学生职业道德教育中存在的主要问题,提出改进民办高校学生职业道德教育的建议。

In recent years, there is increasingly fierce competition for jobs between students from non-governmental institutions of higher learning and public universities. Non-governmental institutions of higher learning generally value the cultivation of employ- ability and competitiveness based on the core of professional ethics, whose education has attracted increasing attention. The paper analyzes the main problems in professional ethics educating in non-governmental institutions of higher learning and proposes recommendations for its improvement.
