高校学困生形成原因及帮扶路径

The Cause and Helping Path for University Students with Poor Academic Performance

近几年,高校招生规模不断扩大,学习困难群体逐渐增多。对学困生实施有效的帮扶是建设教学服务型大学、践行以生为本办学理念的内容之一。文章以浙江树人大学帮扶四门以上不及格学生为例,分析学困生形成的原因,提出具有针对性的帮扶策略。

In recent years, university enrollments have been expanding and student groups with poor academic performance gradually increase. Implementing effective support and assistance to students with poor performance is one of the concepts of building teaching and service-oriented university, practicing student-oriented educational philosophy. This paper takes Zhejiang Shuren University in helping students with more than four failed subjects as an example to analyze the causes of poor performance and to propose strategies for targeted support and assistance.
