摘要
文化资本、社会资本与农民工融入城市之间存在一定的内在逻辑关联,文化资本和社会资本存量对农民工融入城市具有助推作用。然而,当前我国农民工的社会资本发育不成熟、文化资本不充足,在推进农民工融入城市的进程中,必须积极提升其文化资本与社会资本的存量,加强对其公共意识培育和职业技能教育,转变政府治理模式,完善有利于农民工融入城市的各项机制,大力培育农民工非政府组织,为农民工融入城市提供切实保障。
There are certain logical relations between the cultural capital, social capital and migrant workers＇ integration into city, where the existence of both the cultural capital and social capital promotes migrant workers＇ integration. However, the present migrant workers＇ social capital development is not mature while the cultural capital is not sufficient. In advancing the integration process it is necessary to actively promote the cultural capital and social capital, to strengthen its public awareness and professional skills training, and to transform the government management mode. It is also necessary to improve the mechanism in favor of migrant workers＇ integration and to provide greater efforts to cultivate the NGO of migrant workers, so as to provide effective protection for their integration.
