摘要
为了提高糖化酶的发酵转化率,进行了利用富氧发生装置在发酵罐中通入富氧无菌空气的研究。结果表明:利用富氧发生装置糖化酶的发酵活力可提高18%,缩短发酵周期20%左右,通过增加发酵罐的装料系数,总计提高酶制剂产量50%左右,同时,每吨产品产生的污染物减少约33%,吨产品耗电节能38%左右,极大地提高了能源利用率。
In order to improve the glucoamylase fermentation transition rate, oxygen-enriched and aseptic air was added into fermentation tank through oxygen-enriched equipment. The final result indicated the following improvements: the fermentative activity of glucoamylase can rise by 18%, the fermentation period can be shortened to about 80%, and the total output can reach up to 150% with the added charge ratio of fermentation tank. Meanwhile, the contaminants in the producing process can reduce by 33% per ton, and the energy efficiency can be achieved through the 38% electricity consuming saved per ton.
