摘要
患儿 女，2岁。因发现下腹部肿物5d来我院就诊。入院体检：腹部不胀，下腹部可触及包块，约5．0cm×4．0cm×3．0cm大小，表面光滑，肿物活动度差，直肠指诊（-）。入院后行B超检查：盆腔内膀胱左侧可见5．0cm×3．8cm×5．1cm无回声肿物，内可见中等回声组织，其边界清，可见包膜，形态规则，内可检出血流信号。
