我院医院感染现患率调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Prevalence Rate of Nosocomial Infection

目的了解我院医院感染现患率情况,为医院感染控制工作提供依据。方法采用制定某日对全院住院患者进行感染横断面调查,床旁与病例调查方法相结合,按照《医院感染诊断标准》执行。结果本研究共调查住院患者576例,医院感染现患率为4.17%,例次感染率为4.34%;ICU医院感染发生率为18.18%,居首位;感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占54.16%;日抗菌药物使用率为55.56%,病原学送检率为54.06%;感染病例病原学送检率为91.67%;分离病原菌以铜绿假单胞菌和真菌为主,各占21.05%。结论应加强重点科室医院感染的管理,控制医院感染发生,减少医源性伤害。

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in order to provide a scientific basis for improving the management level.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection the hospital infection rate was statistically analysed by using cross-sectional survey methodology,bed-side investigation and reviewing records.Results The nosocomial infection prevalence rate was 4.17% in 576 patients investigated and the case-time prevalence rate was 4.34%.The highest prevalence rate occured in ICU（18.18%） and the lower respiratory tract infection was the leading location（54.16%）.The daily utilization rate of antibiotics was 55.56%,and submission rate of nosazontology was 54.06% including infection cases（91.67%）.The detected main pathogens were pseudomonas aeruginosa and Fungi（21.05% each）.Conclusion Much work should be done to enhance the management of nosocomial infection in key departments so as to control the occurrence of nosocomial infection and reduce the iatrogenic harm.
