吸烟对血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨吸烟对血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平影响效应的持续性,为控烟政策的推广提供基础依据。方法采用个人健康及生活方式信息记录表对参加健康体检的5274例北京市公职人员进行调查,并结合体检获得的血脂水平对数据进行方差分析、LSD-t检验。结果戒烟时间小于12个月组(1.30±0.35)mmol/L与正在吸烟组(1.22±0.26)mmol/L的血清HDL-C水平相当(P>0.05);戒烟12个月以上各组的血清HDL-C水平与正在吸烟组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。戒烟1个月以上至戒烟48个月以上各组的血清HDL-C水平均低于从未建立吸烟习惯组[(1.45±0.34)mmol/L,P<0.05]。结论吸烟对血清HDL-C水平的影响效应存在持续性。与正在吸烟者相比,戒烟导致的升高HDL-C水平的效应需在戒烟后12个月以上才能显现;与从未建立吸烟习惯者相比,吸烟对HDL-C水平的负面影响会持续48个月甚至更长时间。 Objective To explore smoking continuing effect on serum HDL-C level, and provide evidence for smoke control policy development. Methods 5274 cases of public officers in Beijing were investigated by using personal health and lifestyle information record form, data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and LSD-t test. Results The average HDL-C levels of the group which had quit smoking within 12 months ( 1.30 ± 0. 35 ) mmol/L was equivalent with the smoking group ( 1.22 ± 0. 26) mmol/L ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Significant difference was found between the average HDL-C levels of smoking group and smoking cessation more than 12 months group (P 〈 0. 05). The average HDL-C levels of smoking ces- sation from 1 month to 48 months groups were lower than non-smoking group [ ( 1.45 ±0. 34) mmol/L, P 〈0. 05]. Conclusion Smoking effect on HDL-C level is continuous. Compared to smoking people, increased HDL-C level caused by smoking cessation were appeared after 12 months. And compared to non-smoking group, the negative effect of smoking would last for 48 months or even longer.
