微视野在无眼底改变糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的应用 被引量:4

Analysis of microperimeter in diabetic patients without retinopathy

摘要 目的探讨微视野在无眼底改变糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的应用。方法研究样本分两组:无眼底改变糖尿病性视网膜病变组(矫正视力0.8以上,糖尿病病程5年以上,糖尿病性视网膜病变国际分期为1期):27例51只眼,年龄17-66岁,平均(54.74±11.12)岁;正常对照组(矫正视力0.8以上,无糖尿病史及视网膜病变)26名50只眼,年龄16—65岁,平均(54.42±11.34)岁。应用MP-1微视野计(MP-1NidekTechnologieS,Vigonza,Italy)检查。观察指标:固视稳定性,黄斑20度视网膜平均光敏度(MS)。结果固视稳定性:2度以内固视稳定程度:无眼底改变糖尿病性视网膜病变组0.862±0.141,正常对照组0.916±0.160,(P〉0.05)。黄斑20度视网膜平均光敏度(MS):无眼底改变糖尿病性视网膜病变组平均光敏度(MS)(18.173±1.565)dB,正常对照组(19.620±0.672)dB(P〈0.05)。结论糖尿病病程5年以上,无眼底改变糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者虽中心视力正常情况下,其黄斑20度微视野光敏度值已经发生改变。 Objective To evaluate the effect of MP-1 mieroperimeter in detecting the early retinal abnormalities in diabetic patients and to provide evidences and ways for the prevention and cure of diabetic retinopathy. Methods Twenty-seven diabetic patients without retinopathy (total 51 eyes) and 26 normal control subjects (total 50 eyes) were evaluated. MP-1 microperimeter was used to quantify the retinal sensitivity and the fixation. Results The difference of fixation between diabetic patients without retinopathy and normal control subjects was not significant (P 〉0.05). The retinal sensitivity in diabetic patients without retinopathy declined significant (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The early changes of retinal function in diabetic eyes without retinopathy can be detected and quantitative- ly by the MP-1 micr0perimeter even before the appearance of diabetic retinopathy,and MP-1 micro- perimeter is a sensitive method which can provide evidences and ways for the prevention and cure of diabetic retinopathy.
