社会转型期经济犯罪发生机理研究——兼析和谐理念下经济犯罪防治的驱动型尝试

The Study of the Economic Crimes Mechanism in Social Transformation Period——Analyzing the driven attempts of economic crimes prevention under the harmonious concepts

在社会转型的特定历史背景下,随着市场经济的飞速发展,社会各阶层的利益关系加剧着调整和变革,深层次和结构性矛盾不断涌现,滋生了众多经济犯罪,这给建设和谐社会与法治国家蒙上了一层厚厚的阴影。笔者以我国社会转型为背景,从不同角度对经济犯罪的发生机理进行了分析,提出了在和谐理念下对经济犯罪防治进行驱动性尝试,这不仅有利于保障市场经济良性发展,还有利于和谐社会的构建。

In the social transition of the specific historical background, with the rapid development of market economy and the interests among all the social levels has aggravated the adjustment and reform, deep-rooted structural imbalance are constantly emerging and many economic crimes are coming to the world, which has cast a long shadow on building a harmonious society and a nation of laws. In the light of the social transformation in China, we analyze the mechanism of economic crimes in different views and offer to give the driven attempts to the economic crimes prevention under the harmonious concepts, which not only can make market economy develop soundly, but also be conducive to building a harmonious society.
