冲击波配合跖腱膜牵拉训练治疗顽固性跟痛症的疗效研究 被引量:9

摘要 跟痛症是由劳损和退变所致的以足跟部长期慢性疼痛为主症的一组综合征,是临床上常见病、多发病,多发生于40-70岁的中老年人,多为单侧,也可为双侧,该病大多有反复发作史,治疗方法有物理疗法,服药、局部封闭及手术治疗,对于复发顽固性跟痛症患者的临床治疗缺乏对照研究。
