摘要
针对国家现行频谱分析仪检定规程测量方法繁琐,不能适应数字式频谱分析仪检定要求等不足,研究了分辨力带宽、扫频宽度等参数检定的新方法,分析了频谱分析仪测量设置对测量结果的影响,并对新方法进行了实验验证。仿真结果表明,新方法在分辨力带宽等项目上具有相应的理论基础,新方法与现行规程规定的方法具有很好的一致性;频谱仪的测量设置直接影响测量结果的合格判定;在分辨力带宽等参数上,新方法可以替代现行方法,且具有方便快捷、易于自动化等优点。
For the digitizing storage spectrum analyzer, the method of existing verification law is tedious and inadaptable. The paper focuses on the research of verification methods of resolution bandwidth, span and other parameters. The effects resulted by measurement instruments setting on the measured results are analyzed, and a new method is proposed through experiments. The experimental results show that the new method, based on the correlative theory of the resolution bandwidth, is well coincident with the existing verification law. The measurement setting of instrument will guarantee the correct judgment of the test results. The proposed new method can take the place of previous methods applied to the parameters such as resolution bandwidth etc., and it is of more convenience and easy to be controlled automatically.
