血必净联合生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with raw rhubarb in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

目的观察血必净联合生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将2007年10月至2011年12月我院住院78例SAP患者随机分成两组,对照组38例,予禁食、胃肠减压、抑酸、抗生素、生长抑素及营养支持;治疗组40例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用血必净和生大黄。结果治疗组在腹痛腹胀缓解时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复时间、平均住院天数等均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),在并发症的发生率上也明显少于对照组。结论血必净联合生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎有良好的疗效,值得临床借鉴及推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuebijing combined with raw rhubarb in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 78 patients with sever acute pancreatitis were randomly divid- ed into the control group （n=38, treated with conventional therapy including abrosia, gastrointestinal decompression, suppression of acid, antibiotics, somatostatin, nutritional support） and the treatment group （n=40, treated with conven- tional therapy plus raw rhubarb）. Results The treatment group showed significantly better results than the control group in the alleviative time of abdominalpain, the recovery time of blood/urine amylase, the average days of hospital- ization and the incidence of complications （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing combined with raw rhubarb can improve the symptoms and laboratory results of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis, which worth recommending.
