摘要 感知和调节体温是人体生命存在的重要环节。研究发现.当人体体温偏离正常37℃幅度达到3.5℃时.其生理机能会受到显著影响甚至致命。运动是机体体温调节功能得以实现的基础环节之一。人体在高负荷的体育活动时.
