改良面部小切口脂肪垫悬吊除皱术

Rejuvenation with fat pad suspension through modified mini-incision in the mid-face

摘要 目的探讨在面中部“佛手”式连续悬吊除皱术的基础上,以最小的损伤为目的,将手术切口及剥离范围进一步缩小的方法及效果。方法自2011年2月至2012年2月,对接受改良面部小切口脂肪垫悬吊除皱术的患者共2l例,采用颞部小切口、联合口腔前庭切口,用导针带PTFE悬吊线悬吊颞、颊部脂肪垫,用于治疗患者面中部皮肤松弛造成的鼻唇沟加深等情况。对随访患者记录术后肿胀时间、青紫消退时间、鼻唇沟改善情况,评价其效果。结果本组共21例患者,视觉肿胀在术后8d全部消退,淤青于术后10d全部消退,平均消退(8.004±0.95)d;获随访3~12个月,面中部皮肤松弛得到改善,鼻唇沟改善效果满意。结论改良面部小切口脂肪垫悬吊除皱术对于改善面中部松弛造成的鼻唇沟加深,效果良好,术后恢复时间短,疗效稳定。 Objective To explore a method and its effect of rejuvenation by Buddha's hand-shaped continuous suspension in the mid-face with minimum incision and invasion. Methods From Feburary 2011 to Feburary 2012, 21 patients were performed rejuvenation with fat pad suspension through temple and oral vestibule small incisions, the malar and buccal fat pads were suspended with PTFE suture to improve deepened nasolabial fold caused by dermatochalasis in the mid-face. The time of swelling and cyanosis regression as well as the improvement of nasolabial fold was recorded and evaluated. Results The swelling and cyanosis in 21 cases were regressed completely at 8 days and 10 days, respectively after operation (an average of 8.00 ± 0.95 ). After 3 to 12 months following up, all cases were satisfied with improved dermatochalasis and nasolabial fold in the midface. Conclusion The application of fat pad suspension through modified mini-incision in the mid-face in correcting the deepened nasolabial fold caused by dermatochalasis in the mid-face is a good method with short recovery time and stable effect.
