子宫内膜癌干细胞研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着对肿瘤研究的深入,发现肿瘤中存在干细胞,且可能是导致肿瘤复发和转移的根源。肿瘤干细胞具有高致瘤性、自我更新能力、分化潜能和放化疗抵抗性的生物学特性。同其他实体瘤一样,子宫内膜癌中同样存在着肿瘤干细胞。对子宫内膜癌干细胞可以应用细胞表面特异性标记(如CD133)进行分离鉴定,此外,子宫内膜癌干细胞高表达Musashi-1和Nanog基因;还可以应用细胞生物学特性进行分离鉴定,侧群细胞方法分离肿瘤干细胞突出了其功能筛选的因素即抗药性,结果更为可靠。在对子宫内膜癌干细胞的特性研究中文献显示,子宫内膜癌干细胞具有明显的耐化疗性和耐放疗性,而其耐内分泌治疗的特性还需要进一步的研究。
