摘要
目的检测CD146与Ki67在葡萄胎病变组织中的表达,以评估其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测36例HM(完全性葡萄胎21例,部分性葡萄胎15例)与阴性对照组(正常人工流产组织18例)组织中CD146与Ki67的表达情况,并进行术后随访、观察预后。结果与正常人工流产组织比较,CD146与Ki67在HM组织中呈高表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD146在完全性HM病变组织中度阳性的表达率为95%(20/21),在部分性HM病变组织中为13%(2/15);Ki67在完全性HM病变组织中度阳性的表达率为90%(19/21),在部分性HM病变组织中为7%(1/15),提示CD146与Ki67在完全性HM中的表达强度较部分性HM明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CD146与Ki67可以作为辅助鉴别HM病理分类、指导HM治疗及预后评估的标志物。
Objective To examine the expression of CD146 and Ki67 in the hy.datidiform mole tissue and to examine the value. Methods 36 hydatidiform moles, including 21 complete hydatidiform moles and 15 partial hydatidiform moles, were evaluated by immunohistochemical SP method, so was the negative control group, the normal abortion organizations. Postoperative follow-up survey and prognosis observation were also carried out. Results The CD146 and Ki67 immunoactivity was significantly higher in the HM tissues than that in the normal abortion organizations (P 〈 0.05). The positive rate of the moderate expression of CD146 was .95%(20/21) in complete HM tissues, and 13%(2/15) in partial HM tissues. Ki67, on the other hand, was found moderately expressed in 90%(19/21) of the complete HM tissues, and in 7%(1/15) of partial HM tissues. So it is shown that the expression density of CD146 and Ki67 is significantly higher in complete HM tissues than that in partial HM tissues (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion CD146 and Ki67 can be helpful in studying the pathological classification, guiding treatment, and predicting prognosis of hydatidiform mole.
