摘要
目的观察胃镜下置放带膜支架治疗食管瘘的疗效和安全性。方法 29例食管瘘的患者(其中食管恶性病变20例,良性病变10例)接受了内镜下食管带膜置入封堵治疗。结果 29例均一次放置成功,48h后瘘口封堵率为96.6%,1周后为100%;不良反应发生率为62%,常见的有胸骨后不适感、胸痛、咽痛、恶心、呃逆等,无严重并发症。结论胃镜下置入食管带膜支架治疗食管瘘疗效好,安全,可作为食管瘘治疗的首选。
Objective To observe the effect and safety of cover stent placeing by endoscopy in the treatment of esophageal fistula. Methods 29 patients with esophageal fistula（20 cases with malignancy esophageal lesions and 10 cases with benign lesions）accept the endoscopic treatment with cover stent into the sealing of the esophagus. Results The procedure of placement in all 29 patients was successful in one time.After 48 hours,the fistula seal ratio was 96.6% after 48 hours and 100% after 1 week.Adverse reaction rate of the placement was 62%.The complications was mild such as retrosternal discomfort,chest pain,pharynx pain,nausea,hiccups etc. Conclusion Cover stent placeing by endoscopy in treatment of esophageal fistula has a good curative effect and safe.It can be used as the first choice.
