达克宁栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of mycotic vaginitis by miconazole nitrate suppositories

目的探讨达克宁栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效观察。方法将2010年1月～2011年12月笔者所在医院收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者220例随机分为观察组和对照组,各110例,观察组采用达克宁栓治疗,对照组采用克霉唑栓治疗。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为85.5%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为1.8%,明显低于对照组8.2%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在顿服氟康唑加以2%～4%碳酸氢钠液清洗外阴、阴道并保持干燥的条件下应用达克宁栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效显著,具有疗程短、作用快、副作用小、复发率低且经济实惠等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To probe clinical observation of efficacy of treatment of mycotic vaginitis by miconazole nitrate suppositories. Methods 220 patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted between Jan. 2010 and Dec.,,2011 by our hospital are randomly divided into the observation group and the comparison group, 110 patients in each group, miconazole nitrate suppositories is used for the observation group while clotrimazole suppositories is used for the comparison group. Results The total therapy effective rate of the observation group is 100% while that of the comparison group is 85.5%. The former is noticeably better than the latter. The difference between total effective rates of the two groups has statistical significance （P ~ 0.05）,the recurrence rate of the observation group is 1.8%, obviously lower than 8.2% for the comparison group; the comparative difference between recurrence rates of the two groups has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of miconazole nitrate suppositories plus intake of fluconazole in draught and cleansing vulva and vagina with 2%-4% sodium bicarbonate solution and maintaining dry conditions generates real efficacy in treatment of mycotic vaginitis. This method has such advantages as short treatment course, quick efficacy, minor side effects and a low recurrence rate and low costs, etc, and is thus worth clinical promotion.
