阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效分析

Efficacy of azithromycin combined levofloxacin treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法将笔者所在医院2009年1月～2012年1月来院治疗的下呼吸道感染患者64例随机均分为观察组(阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗)与对照组(阿奇霉素治疗)各32例,比较两组的疗效及咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间。结果两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未见明显不良反应,肝肾功能均正常。结论阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗下呼吸道感染疗效确切,且能明显改善其临床症状、体征,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of azithromycin combined levofloxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods From January 2009 to January 2012,64 cases patients with upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into observation group（azithromycin joint left ofloxacin treatment）and control group（azithromycin treatment）of 32 cases,the efficacy and cough disappearance time,cooling time,pulmonary rales disappeared were compared between two groups. Results The difference of total efficiency rates between two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. And cough disappearance time,fever clearance time, pulmonary rales disappeared of ohserved group were siguificautly shorter than the control group,the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The two groups of patients had no significant adverse reactions during the treatment period,liver and kidney functions were normal. Conclusion The efficacy of azithromycin combined levofloxacin in the treatment of respiratory tract infection is exactly,and they can significantly improve their clinical symptoms and signs,and it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
