针药结合治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎50例临床分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on acute suppurative tonsillitis with 50 cases

目的探讨针药结合治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果。方法对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿50例采用针药结合治疗并观察效果。结果 50例患者治愈48例(95%),好转2例(5%),无效0例,总有效率为100%。结论针药结合治疗急性化脓性扁挑体炎很好的体现中医治疗的协同作用方法,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods 50 cases with acute suppurative tonsillitis were treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs, and the efficacy was observed. Results After treatment,48 cases（95%） were cured,2 cases（5%） were improved, and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs in treatment of child with acute suppurative tonsillitis has a synergistic effect and is worthy of clinical application.
