甲状舌管囊肿17例的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of 17 cases with thyroglossal duct cyst

目的分析探讨甲状舌管囊肿的CT表现。方法回顾性总结、分析17例甲状舌管囊肿的CT诊断。结果 17例甲状舌管囊肿患者中,13例位于颈前中线区域,4例偏左侧;CT表现为颈前三角区囊性肿块,平扫:肿块囊壁光滑,囊内容物呈较均匀低密度。增强扫描:囊壁强化,囊内容物不强化。结论甲状舌管囊肿的特定部位及CT表现具有特征性,CT扫描可准确诊断,并可应用于临床。

Objective To analyze and study the CT findings of thyroglossal duct cyst. Methods CT diagnosis of 17 cases with thyroglossal dncl eysl were analyzed and summarized retrospectively. Results In 17 cases with thyroglossal duel cyst, 13 cases were in the midline of anterior cervical, and 4 cases were deviated to left. The CT finding wan anterior triangle of neck cystic mass.The cys! wall of mass was smooth and the cyst contents were low density by CT plain scanning.Cyst wall was strengthening, and cyst conlenls were non-strengthening by enhanced scanning. Conclusion The speeifie mites and CT findings of thyraglossal duct cyst has characteristic, which are accurale diagnosis by CT scanning. CT diagnosis of thyroglossal duel cyst can be applied to clinical.
