女性不孕症患者焦虑抑郁情况调查

Female infertility patients with anxiety depression

目的研究女性不孕患者在IUI治疗前及治疗期间的心理状态。方法选择2009年10月～2010年10月在生殖中心拟行IUI治疗的女性患者。初次治疗时对其使用医院焦虑抑郁量表评估,未对其进行心理干预,对经不孕治疗超过1年的患者进行重新评估。结果共有80例符合条件被纳入研究进行初次评估,有61例治疗时间超过1年。80例初次评估患者,有焦虑者38例(47.50%),抑郁者31例(38.75%)。在超过1年的61例患者中,焦虑者有33例(54.0%),抑郁者有27例(44.26%)。治疗开始及1年后焦虑者及抑郁者的发病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分别有2例有焦虑和3例抑郁者1年之后恢复正常。1年后新增4例焦虑者,6例抑郁者。分别有7例焦虑表现者和7例抑郁表现者因某些因素(妊娠或者其他原因)治疗不满1年。结论不孕症患者普遍存在焦虑及抑郁,随着治疗时间的延长会有变化,从总体上看患者的焦虑及抑郁状态有所增加。因此,在不孕症的治疗中,要重视对患者进行心理干预。

Objective To evaluate the psychological status of infertile women before and during treatment in IUI. Methods Selecting infertile women to IUI therapy in October 2009 to October 2010 in reproductive center.Initial treatment of the use of the hospital anxiety and depression scale to assess, not the psychological intervention, the infertility treatment for over 1 years the patient reassessment. Results A total of 80 patients were included in the study were first evaluated. There were 61 cases of treatment over 1 year.In 80 patients, 38 cases（47.50%） of anxiety, depression in 31 cases（38.75%）. After more than lyears in 61 patients, anxiety in 33 cases （54.10%）, depression in 27 cases （44.26%）. Treatment was started and after one year of anxiety and depressive morbidity showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.There were 2 cases of anxiety and depression in 3cases a year later returned to normal. After a year with 4 new cases of anxiety, depression in 6 cases. There were 7 cases of anxiety and depression 7 cases performed by certain factors （pregnancy or for other reasons） for less than one year. Conclusion The prevalence of anxiety and depression in patients with infertility, along with prolongation of treatment time will change, from looking on the whole in patients with anxiety and depression status increased. Therefore, in the treatment of infertility, attention should be paid to patients with psychological intervention.
