摘要
目的探讨健康教育对2型糖尿病患者认知、病情控制和生命质量的影响。方法比较笔者所在医院80例2型糖尿病患者健康教育前后检测空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病知识问卷评分情况。结果采用健康教育模式治疗后患者各项指标均明显改善。结论糖尿病专科医院健康教育有利于提高糖尿病患者相关知识的知晓率、提高糖代谢控制及改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of communical diabetes educaiion on knowledge of type 2 diabetes mellitus, patients＇ glucose metabolic and their quality of life. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled. The diabetes knowledge questionnaire scores,2hPBG and HbAIC levels were measured before and after treatment. Results The various elements of posttreatment were improved. Conclusion Special hospital diabetes educaiion can make patients enrich knowledge about diabetes mellitus, improve patients＇ glucose metabolic and their quality of life.
