稠油热采项目经济评价方法探讨

方法 运用动态的现金流量经济评价方法 ,对稠油热采项目进行评价。目的 探讨适合于稠油热采项目的经济评价方法 ,提高项目决策的科学性。结果 研究表明 ,稠油热采项目的经济评价方法必须结合该类项目的技术经济特点。结论 在“一切以经济效益为中心”的今天 ,在对拟建稠油热采项目进行资源评价、开发评价、工程评价的基础上 ,必须结合其技术经济特点 ,对其投入产出进行计算 ,分析论证该项目的财务可行性和经济合理性 ,为项目的科学决策提供了依据。

Method\ The thermal recovery of heavy oil is evaluated by dynamic evaluation of cash flow. Purpose\ To discuss economic evaluation method suitable for thermal recovery project of heavy oil for scientific decision-making. Result\ Studies show that the economic evaluation must be combined with the technical and economic characteristics of the similar projects. Conclusion\ Under the guideline as‘Economic Benefits First’, input-output must be calculated, the financial feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the project must be studied and proved to provide supports for reasonable decision-making according to the corresponding technical and economic characteristics on the basis of resources, development and engineering evaluations of heavy oil thermal recovery project to be proposed.
