沈三联合站高凝油化学预脱水工艺试验研究

摘要 方法 应用高效化学预脱水剂 ,实施高凝油预脱水工艺。目的 解决高凝油净化处理过程中能耗、助剂损耗过大等问题。结果 实施化学预脱水工艺后 ,在一段加热炉停运的条件下 ,可预脱出 80 %以上的水。结论 该工艺大大降低了原油净化处理过程中所需的燃料及化学助剂 ,降低了生产成本 ,年获经济效益 2 92× 10 4 元。 Method\ Predehydration process of high pour-point is performed by using effective chemical predehydrating. Purpose\ To solve the problems about energy loss in purification of high pour-point oil and excess loss of additives. Result\ Over 80% of water is predehydrated with some of heaters being out of work, after chemical predehydration is performed. Conclusion\ The process considerably reduces the fuel and chemical additives needed in the purification of crude oil and production cost so that annual economic benefit reaches RMB$ 292×10\+4.
