摘要
聚焦"大学毕业生成功创业的胜任特质"这一核心问题,运用Timmons的创业过程模型尝试构建创业胜任力通用模型,并针对大学毕业生这一特定群体采用问卷调查和深度访谈,在机构统计数据的支撑下对创业胜任力通用模型进行修正,最终识别出大学毕业生成功创业的9项胜任特质,并阐述了研究结论对我国大学生创业教育的启示。
Focusing on "what is the idiosyncratic competence of the undergraduates' successful entrepreneurship", this paper at- tempts to build Universal Model for Entrepreneurial Competency with the help of the Timmons Model of Entrepreneurial Process, And 9 idiosyncratic competencies are finally recognized following the revision towards the Universal Model of Entrepreneurial Competence with the support supplied by questionnaires and interviews given to the specific undergraduates as well as the data obtained from statistical bodies. As the routine, the study conclusions and enlightenment on national entrepreneurial education have been briefly stated at the end of research.
