摘要
介绍了输电线路铁塔新材料Q 460高强钢的应用背景,以及Q 460高强钢的化学成分、力学性能。通过对不同材质钢材性能的分析比较,提出了Q 460高强钢在输电线路铁塔上的应用原则。通过对常用塔型的理论计算和经济比较,指出了输电线路铁塔应用Q 460高强钢,对减少铁塔耗材、降低工程造价、节约土地资源和减小输电线路建设对社会及环境的影响等方面具有积极作用。
The application background of Q460,a new power transmission tower material has been introduced.The chemical composition,mechanical properties have been compared with other materials.The application principle of Q460 high strength steel in power transmission tower has been proposed.After the comparison with regular tower type in theory calculation and economy,the application of Q460 high strength steel will improve grid technique,reduce the consumption of tower materials,lower engineering coat,saving resources and minimize the social effect on tower construction.
