生物反馈电刺激治疗具低压低排特点的BPH 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察生物反馈电刺激治疗尿动力学提示排尿特点为低压低排型的BPH尿潴留患者的疗效。方法:将60例尿动力学提示排尿特点为低压低排型表现的BPH尿潴留患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,均给予阿呋唑嗪控释片10mg qn进行基础药物治疗。治疗组30例患者合用生物反馈电刺激治疗,共治疗4周,生物反馈电刺激每天1次,每周5次为1疗程,共行4个疗程。治疗前后均给予尿动力学检查。结果:治疗组尿潴留治愈20例,好转9例,治愈率66.7%,有效率96.7%;对照组尿潴留治愈10例,好转6例,治愈率34.4%,有效率55.2%,两组的治愈率和好转率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后的膀胱逼尿肌最大压力、最大尿流率、剩余尿量等指标均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗中未发现明显的相关副作用和并发症。结论:生物反馈电刺激可以作为治疗排尿特点为低压低排型的BPH尿潴留患者的良好选择。
