Fine Management of Electronic Records Based on OAIS

作为非线性管理活动,电子文件管理不能用纸质档案管理的思维与方法去研究。文章以OAIS参考模型为基础,提出构建电子文件非线性管理流程的思路与方法,从电子文件管理功能框架体系构建、流程整合优化、管理的标准化与系统化等方面实现其精细化管理,并在此基础上实现管理功能与管理成本间的均衡。

Electronic records management is a nonlinear management activity, and its methods differ from those of paper archive management. Based on OAIS reference model, this paper presents the method of construction of nonlinear electronic records management process and discusses the construction of electronic records management function system, optimization and integration of process, management standardization and systematization to achieve the balance between management functions and the management cost.
