摘要
对波纹管和光管的阻垢性能进行了对比试验研究。结果表明 ,波纹管比光管相结垢速度慢 ,相对稳定后传热系数大 ,证明波纹管内湍流程度较高 ,周期性的轴向流速脉动明显阻碍了积垢的形成。由于波纹管具有良好的强化传热性能和防阻垢等性能 。
The capacity of resisting filth of ripple tube was compared with that of smooth tube. The results show that accumulating speed of filth of ripple tube is slower and the heat transfer coefficient in ripple tube is higher than those of smooth tube. It is proved that the intense turbulence and periodicity of disturbance in ripple tube hinder impurities from accumulating. Ripple tube can meet the request of petroleum and chemical industry because it has good proprieties for strengthening heat transfer and resisting filth.
