摘要
在泗阳二站机组大修过程中,当电机定子与水泵轴同心度调整合格后,需先吊出电机定子,然后装入水泵大轴,电机定子再二次吊入。采用双孔一面定位方法,保证机组的同心度位置不变,保证大修质量。
During overhaul of the generator sets in the No.2 Shi Yang Station, the stator should be moved out after the alignment between the shaft of stator and pump had be done. Thus, the stalor had to be installed into the pump once again because of its special construction. The "Double-holes Single-face Positioning" workmanship was applied to insure the concentricity of the generator set with the satisfied quality.
