工信部2012年7月25日发布消息称，日前在北京召开的节能与新能源汽车示范推广工作会议明确，截至目前，25个试点城市节能与新能源汽车总保有量超过1万辆，其中私人购买新能源汽车超过1000辆，建成充／换电站近100座，充电桩4500多个，示范运行总里程超过3亿3000万km。

By now, over 10,000 new energy vehicles are operating among the 25 trial-run cities all over China. Though it was truly a positive achievement, it had to be seen that a considerable gap still exist between the necessary inventory of new energy vehicles and market expectation. In addition to that, there are many other existing problems that need to be taken seriously.
