摘要
通过对铝合金连续铸轧机生产原理的了解和对典型铸嘴结构性能的分析及研究,对铸嘴的整体结构、内部型腔、布流系统及分流块进行了设计和选材。采用AutoCAD2008的绘图功能,进行几何造型设计,得到了一个较为实用、高效的铸轧机铸嘴。并对二级和三级分流块优缺点进行比较,分析了对铸嘴材料进行表面涂覆的可行性。
The overall structure, internal cavity, feeding flow system and diffluent blocks of the cast mouth were designed and its materials was selected by analyzing and studying the production principle of aluminum continuous roll-casting machine and the structure and properties of typical cast mouth. A practical and efficient cast mouth was obtained by means of AutoCAD2008 to design geometric modeling. The advantages and disadvantages of secondary and three-level diffluent blocks of cast mouth were compared, as well as the feasibility of surface coating on the materials of cast mouth was analyzed.
