摘要 将倾倒式浇注用于自动浇注生产线是一种有效、实用的方法。圆筒钢包在驱动力的作用下绕支点转动实现钢水的自动倾倒浇注。在浇注的过程中,钢包的驱动力和流量随倾斜角度的变化而变化。为实现浇注流量恒定并为驱动系统提供设计依据,需要知道驱动力和流量的变化特征。为此,在建立圆筒钢包浇注过程数学模型的基础上,分析了浇注过程流量以及驱动力的变化规律。同时,应用MATLAB软件,获得了恒定流量浇注的液压缸位移、速度曲线。 To apply tipping pouring to automatic pouring production line is an effective and practical method. Driving force compel cylindricals ladle rotation around the fulcrum, to achieve the automatic tilted pouring of molten steel. During the pouring, the driving force and the flow of the ladle change with the dip angle. In order to get a stable flow and to supply a criterion for the design of the driving system, the changing characteristics of driving force and flow are needed. The change laws of the flow and the driving force in the pouring process were analyzed based on the established mathematical model of cylindrical ladle pouring process. And the curves of cylinders' displacement and velocity with a constant flow pouring were obtained by MATLAB software.
