摘要
研究了4032B铝合金活塞材料铸造工艺及变质处理工艺。结果表明,采用X变质处理后,铸件显微组织中没有块状初晶硅和层状共晶硅组织,力学性能也较变质前有了很大的提高。
Casting process and modification process for 4032B aluminum alloy piston material were researched. The results show that the using X modification, castings' microstructure are without massive primary silicon and lamellar eutectic silicon structure, and mechanical properties greatly improves than before modification.
