摘要
在浇注大断面球墨铸铁件时,铸件经常出现石墨漂浮现象。通过对石墨漂浮的形成机理的探讨,提出了在实际生产中解决石墨漂浮的办法,有效地提高了大断面球墨铸件的质量。
When casting heavy cross-section ductile iron parts, the castings often produce the phenomenon of graphite floatation. By analyzing the formation mechanism of graphite floatation, the efficient solution in the actual production was brought forward. The quality of heavy section ductile iron parts can be effectively improved.
