摘要
在齿轮轴铸钢件原方案的设计中,采用传统的铸造方法,在实际生产中会在内部形成缩孔和缩松的问题。为消除缺陷,利用ViewCast软件对原铸造工艺进行凝固模拟,观察模拟凝固的过程,并分析缺陷产生的原因,采用新的方案,采用保温冒口和改变冒口高度的方法,成功的消除了铸造缺陷,获得了最佳的铸造工艺方案。
The original scheme of steel gear shaft was designed by traditional casting method, shrinkage can be found in the actual production. In order to eliminate defects, the original casting process was simulated by ViewCast software. A new scheme was designed by observing simulation process and analyzing the cause of defects, it contained two methods, one was to change the height of riser, the other was to use the insulation, casting defects were eliminated successfully, the best casting scheme was obtained.
