摘要
连铸工艺生产SA-213T23管坯钢还不成熟,坯料低倍质量差。为此,对连铸坯中心缺陷形成的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明:连铸坯中心存在缩孔及开裂缺陷是由于T23成分过冷区较窄以及连铸过程中轻压导致的;通过弱化二冷段冷却能力及取消轻压下工艺可以消除缩孔和开裂缺陷。
Continuous casting process is lack of maturity in producing tube blank steel SA-213T23. The quality of blanks is bad. So the forming reasons of continuous casting center defects were analyzed and measures were proposed. The results show that shrinkage and crack in the center of the continuous casting slab are due to narrow constitutional supercooling region of T23 and low press. The shrinkage and crack can be eliminated by decreasing the cooling capacity of the secondary cooling zone and removing the low press process.
