基于挡楔的楔横轧工艺应力应变分析 被引量:2

摘要 对于端部轧制的楔横轧轧件,轧制结束时,轧件端部通常会出现较大凹心。为解决这个问题,采用在轧辊模具上对应轧件端部设置挡楔的方法。给出了挡楔参数的确定原则,通过有限元数值模拟,对基于挡楔的楔横轧轧制过程的应力应变进行了分析。结果表明:挡楔可有效挡住轧制过程中轧件上轴向流动比较快的表层金属,从而得到端部较平整的零件。 For workpiece of rolled end in cross wedge roiling, the big end concavity in workpiece after rolling is produced. To solve the problem, the way of adding block wedge in the roller corresponding with workpiece end was used. And the principles of block wedge parameters were given. By finite element method simulation, stress and strain were analyzed in the rolling process based on block wedge. The results show that the block wedge can effectively resist surface metal of workpiece which flows faster than inner metal in the rolling process and so to get workpiece with fiat end.
