摘要
对真实几何尺寸的拉延筋进行了建模,并采用Dynaform软件模拟了真实拉延筋的端部效应,较好地解决了板料沿凹模口周边产生的起皱、破裂、波纹等质量问题。数值模拟结果显示,真实拉延筋不同的端部形状,对板料成形质量的影响不相同。同时,利用设计真实拉延筋的端部形状来改善板料的成形性能,在工程上比较实际。
The model of draw bead of the real geometry size was established. True draw bead's ending effect was simulated by the Dynaform software. The problems of sheet's quality such as wrinkle, rupture, corrugation along the entrance of the die were greatly resolved. Numerical simulation results show that effect of different ending shape of the draw bead on quality is differ in sheet metal forming. At the same time, by designing true draw bead's ending shape to improve the performance of sheet forming, these can be practical in engineering.
