摘要
传统的锭盘制造方法是铸造或数控加工。由于制造工艺的缺陷严重地影响了锭子的转速,导致了纺织机工作效率低下。采用温挤压工艺成形锭盘,通过有限元软件对成形过程进行了分析,并设计了温挤压模具。实际生产表明,所得锻件满足锭盘力学性能的要求,对锭盘的实际生产具有指导意义。
Traditional manufacturing methods of wharves are casting or CNC machining. As a result of the defects of manufacturing process seriously affect the speed of spindle to result in a lower efficiency of the textile machine. Wharves are formed by warm extrusion process. The forming process was analyzed by FE software. Extrusion die was designed. The actual production shows that mechanical properties of parts meet requirement of wharves. This is instructive to the actual production of wharves.
