摘要
焊接质量对预应力钢绞线的生产及使用性能的影响很大。将盘条切成指定尺寸并通过电阻对焊制成拉伸试样,按拉伸断口出现的位置(焊接夹钳、焊缝、热影响区)进行分类,借助扫描电镜、能谱分析仪及光学显微镜,对断口形貌、微观组织及微区成分进行定性分析。结果表明,焊接夹钳及盘条端面的清洁程度、焊接工艺参数及焊后热处理均对焊接质量有很大的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。该工作对提高预应力钢绞线的生产效率及使用性能有着及其重要的意义。
The welding quality has great influences on the production and utility of pre-stressed steel wire strand. The wire rod was cut to the desired dimension and welded by upset butt machine to make tensile specimens. After tensile test, the fractural specimens were classified by fracture's position(welding clamp, welding bead, heat affected zone). The fracture surface, vertical microstructure and the chemical composition were analyzed. The results show that the clearness of welding clamp and wire rod's section, welding parameters and heat treatment after welding have great influences on the welding quality, and the corresponding improved measures were also proposed. It has great significances on improving the production efficiency and performance of pre-stressed steel wire strand.
