对侧滑车上动脉前额部皮瓣修复重度上睑缺损

摘要眼睑缺损尤其是上睑缺损不仅影响外观，而且导致眼睑闭合功能丧失，轻者反复发生结膜炎，重者视力减退，甚至失明。对于〉3／4的重度上睑缺损，修复的方法虽然多种多样，但效果均不理想。我科2006—2010年采用对侧滑车上动脉前额部皮瓣修复重度上睑缺损4例，取得了较好效果。现报告如下。
