马惠宁输油管道内腐蚀机理研究

Research on the Internal Corrosion Mechanics of Mating-Huianbao- Zhongning Oil Pipeline

针对马惠宁输油管道多次发生内部腐蚀穿孔事故,在现场调查和室内试验基础上,应用材料学和化学理论,对管道钢材的化学组分、腐蚀产物的结构和成分进行了分析,研究了原油中所含水质的腐蚀机理。

In the light of internal corrosion accidents (hole-type corrosion) occurred in Maling-Huianbao-Zhongning oil pipeline, the mechanics of materials and chemistry theory have been used to analyze the chemical components of pipe steel,structure and composition of corrosion products on the basis of site investigation and experiment,and the corrosion mechanics of water contained in oil has been studied.
