大容量低速潜水泵电动机设计实践

摘要 因潜水泵机壳一般由水泵厂设计,而电动机定、转子由电机厂设计制造,因此容易造成结构上的不协调,导致电机温升高、性能差,这在大容量低速潜水泵电机中尤为明显。因此,水泵厂和电机厂,在设计时应多沟通,既要考虑水泵的特点,又要考虑电机的特点,如电气距离、内部循环风路等。 Generally, the housing of the submersible pump motor was designed by the pump manufacturer while the rotor and stator designed by the motor manufacturer respectively. So, the out of line in the construction field frequently occurred, so as to result in the high temperature rise and poor performance of the motor, especially, more frequently in the large-capacity and low-speed submersible pump motor. While designing the submersible pump motor, the pump and motor designers should keep close communication, always put both the pump feature and motor characteristic such as electric distance, inner wind circulative path and etc. into account synchronously, making it become a mutual design.
