受轴向力的电机结构设计体会

摘要 基本系列电机的结构只考虑电机轴承受较小的轴向力,但实际上用户往往将这些电机直接用于有较大轴向力的场合,或者用户订货时指出转子需承受轴向力并指出它的方向。由于负荷情况的变化有一些不确定的因素,使得电机运行不够稳定,有时甚至无法运行。通过对真空泵电机所受轴向力的分析,证明措施得当的话,在结构依然简单的情况下可以取得事半功倍的效果。 The bearing of the basic series motor was able to withstand very small axial force. Frequently the motor was used to withstand larger axial force in the practical application. However, there were some indefinite factors because of the variation of loading, resulting in unstable operation of the motor, even worse, no way to operation. Taking the vacuum pump as example, the axial force load toward the motor was analyzed. After some simple but proper measures were applied, obvious effectiveness was achieved.
