通过250km/h高速动车组牵引电机转子铜导条的国产化,总结了用国产化材料替代欧洲材料的经验。介绍了如何把转子铜导条放在真空退火炉中进行热处理,探讨了如何优化真空退火的工艺,确保了转子铜导条在与转子端环钎焊过程中不起泡,保证了动车牵引电机转子铜导条的性能和质量。
The experience of the European copper bar being replaced by the home-made copper material was introduced through the localization of the rotor bar in the traction motor used in the 250km/h high-speed electric multiple units (EMU). How to carry out the anneal treatment of the rotor bar in. the vacuum oven as well as how to optimize the technical parameter of the vacuum anneal treatment were presented, so as to prevent from the bubble occurred on the copper bar surface during the brazing-welding process between the rotor bar and end ring. Thus, the quality and performance of the rotor copper bar were guaranteed.
