水针内麻点注射治疗骨折疼痛50例疗效观察

A Clinical Observation of Acupoint Injection on NEIMADIAN for 50 Cases of Four Limbs Bone Fracture Ache

目的:观察水针内麻点注射治疗四肢骨折疼痛的疗效。方法:100例四肢骨折患者随机分为水针组、西药组,每组50例。观察各组镇痛疗效。结果:2组镇痛治疗前、后各时点的疼痛体征改善情况,水针组平均疼痛评分下降高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后优良率比较,水针组高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:水针内麻点注射治疗四肢骨折疼痛疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection on NEIMADIAN for four limbs bone fracture ache. Methods： Totally 100cases were randomly divided into the aeupoint injection group, the western medicine group, 50 cases in each group. Analgesia effect of each group was observed. Results：The improvement of clinical symptoms was evaluated pre and post treatment. The score of acupoint injection group decreased higher than that of western medicine group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P^0.01）. The excellent and good rate of acupoint injection group was higher than that of western medicine group pre and post treatment,and the difference was significant between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupoint Injection on NEIMADIAN for the treatment of four limbs bone fracture ache is satisfied.
