77例青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者生存质量评价

Evaluation of Quality of Life in 77 Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis Patients

目的:评价青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者的生存质量,并探讨应对策略。方法:采用SF-36(short form-36healthsurvey)生存质量问卷对77例AIS患者进行评价,并了解不同干预措施对其生存质量的影响。结果:77例患者生存质量总评分较低,与对照组相比SF-36量表中除生理职能无显著差异外,生理机能、情感职能、社会职能、身体疼痛、活力、精神健康、总体健康及生活质量均明显降低(P<0.01或0.05);采取支具、手术治疗后患者的生活质量值较治疗前显著提高(P<0.01).结论:对青少年AIS患者应采取合理的治疗手段并加强早期的心理干预,可提高患者生存质量。

Objective：To evaluate the quality of life in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis （AIS） patients and to investigate the relevant solutions. Methods： Short form 36 （SF-36） health survey questionnaires were conducted in 77 AIS patients so as to evaluate the quality of life and find relevant solutions. Results： Except physiological functions, the scores for physical activ ity, emotions, social management function, physical pain, vitality, emotional health, general health status and quality of life were remarkably decreased in AIS patients compared with controls （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. After treatment with sur gery or brace, the quality of life was significantly elevated compared with before treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Proper management and early mental intervention can improve the quality of life for AIS patients.
